2 Baby Cards

Two new baby cards today which I have just popped in the post for the new mum and dad and great-grandma.
The first one is Paintbox Poppets decoupage.Part of the top white layer has been embossed with a Crafts Too folder. The card opens long ways rather than tent fold if you know what I mean.
The second one is a Lili of the Valley topper which although it looks flat in the photo is raised on foam pads.A gingham ribbon bow for her hair and doesn't she look cute. The new baby only weighed 5lbs so she is a real cutie too.

My good news

I have some good news today too.I am now a  member of the Design Team for Kraftyhands and can't wait to start making samples using their great cds.
Thought I would post a picture today rather than a card.I did this a while ago using acrylic paint.
My leaves are not the best you will have ever seen but I would probably improve with more practice.

Three Christmas cards today. All made using Hunkydory. The first one has a door on the front fastened with a ribbon which opens to reveal photos. Both this and the second one are sort of thank you cards made for a customer to send to friends in Canada. The third is an A4 card.

Another man card

This time I used The Big One cd from La Pashe to make a card for a man who loves tending his allotment and pigeons.I cut around the scarecrow and shed to fit in the pigeon loft and decoupaged the scarecrow and gardener. Two charms, a trowel and a watering can to add the finishing touch.

A card for a man

Most cardmakers dread making cards for men but the Macho set from Kanban makes it easy with lots of toppers for different interests. Here is a card I made for a customer who wanted it for Dad and Grandad who likes fishing and gardening.
